About Rick
I have the rare opportunity in life to do what I love and create images that people will cherish for generations to come!
Photojournalism and documentary photography has always been my favorite style. A good photographer will anticipate the important moments of the day and capture them as they happen.
I redesigned my studio a couple of years ago to enhance my Professional headshots photography and the lighting setup has taken my headshots to a whole new level, as I've really expanded that branch of our business. But of course, I still love to do family or couples sessions for former or new clients!
Besides photography, I also love baseball, coffee, grilling out, a glass of good wine, and listening to great music!
About Dee
I've been photographing weddings with Rick for the past 8 years. It has been an incredible opportunity and I've met so many wonderful clients.
I had the privilege of becoming the maternity, newborn, babies and children photographer for the studio in Bettendorf, Iowa. I also photograph small families. My sessions are in studio or on-location around the Quad Cities area.
It's a dream come true to be able to photograph babies, and I love meeting new couples and following them from the maternity session right on through to the newborn session and all the milestones. Then to be able to capture family photos or sibling photos is such a full circle moment for me.

Everything about working with Rick and Dee was excellent. I would highly recommend Rick Jennisch Photography to capture your wedding day! From the day we signed the contract to the day of the wedding, everything was organized and all my questions were answered.
The weather on our wedding day wasn’t ideal but you would never be able to tell from our final pictures (which we received in a month!). Rick and Dee were troopers, sacrificing cold hands and getting sprayed with champagne (sorry!) to get us the best pictures to remember our day.
Definitely a top vendor choice :)

Could not have asked for a better duo to capture our special day. We never had to worry about timing, they were both one step ahead at all time. They even came up to Chicago (3 hour drive) to take some engagement photos of us. It was awesome connecting with them while taking photos downtown and by the lake.
